First wine for Obama
Readers letter (so far 0)
The Kendall-Jackson winery in California has announced it will be sending a few cases of wine to the 44th president of the USA, Barack Obama. The president elect had mentioned indirectly in an interview that he is a consumer of the Kendall-Jackson Chardonnay.
Kendall-Jackson stated that several cases of the Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay will be sent to Barack Obama. He had admitted in an interview that this specific Chardonnay is available at his home in Chicago. It is not the first time that the senator has mentioned either directly or indirectly that he occasionally consumes alcohol. That makes another distinct difference to his predecessor, George W. Bush, a teetotaller. (WF)
